Notice is hereby given that there will be a Public Hearing before the Town of New Baltimore Town Board regarding A Proposed Amendment to the Franchise Agreement between Mid-Hudson Cablevision, Inc. and the Town of New Baltimore, hearing to be held on May 14, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. at the New Baltimore Town Hall, located at 3809 County Route 51, Hannacroix, New York.

All persons wishing to be heard in favor or opposition will have such opportunity at the time and place stated above.
