• Adopted Final 2005 Town Budget, totaling $1,278,981 in expenditures for the total of the General and Highway Funds.  The estimated townwide tax rate increase (excluding the impact of chargebacks from Greene County for community college tuition) is $0.12 per thousand assessed value, or 2.54%.

• Adopted State Environmental Quality Review Act Findings of the Greene County Industrial Development Agency relative to Town Board action regarding the establishment of Water District 3 and Sewer District 2 in Kalkberg Commerce Park

• Adopted Resolutions establishing Water District 3 and Sewer District 2 in Kalkberg Commerce Park

• Adopted Local Law 3 of 2004 prohibiting more than a single one or two family dwelling on a lot within the Town

• Authorized the sale of a used 1960 Oshkosh truck, pursuant to public bidding, for $3,450 to John Halsted

• Authorized the purchase of a used 1989 International Dump Truck with plow, wing, sander and dump body, for $14,500, from the Town of Northeast
