Due to COVID-19 precautions, Town Hall is closed until Monday, November 30, 2020.
The Town Hall is located on County Route 51, approximately 1 mile west of Route 9W. The Town Clerk's Office is located at the Town Hall. Certified copies of birth/death certificates, copies of zoning laws and ordinances, hunting and fishing licenses, and dog licenses are available at the Clerk's Office.
The Town Board holds its regular monthly meeting on the 2nd Monday and a work session on the 4th Monday. These meetings begin at 7:00 pm, are held at the Town Hall, and are open to the public.
The Planning Board meets on the second Thursday of the month.
The Governor issued an Executive Order requiring that everyone must have a mask or fabric covering of their mouth and nose if "social" distancing cannot be followed effective Friday, April 17. Examples include public transportation, grocery stores, busy streets, etc.
Effective June 4, 2020 Town Hall has entered Phase Two and will reopen Monday-Friday from 9AM-4PM. Please do not enter if you are not feeling well; Wear a facial covering or mask; Maintain social distancing; Limit to only 1 person in your party entering; Limit of 2 people in Town Hall at one time -- If more than 2, please wait outside and enter when someone leaves the building; Use hand sanitizer. Court Hours Special Notice
Due to the extensive backlog of cases due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Court Hours will be starting at 2PM every Tuesday, excluding Tuesday, November 3, 2020 (where no court session will be held) until further notice.
Be advised that the Court Office will be CLOSED 15 minutes BEFORE Court Starts.
Anyone scheduled to attend Court, MUST enter via the Main Red Door at the Court Room, where you will sign in, and have your temperature taken. Masks are mandatory. Please be prompt and dress appropriately for court.

All Town Meetings are Open to the Public. Town Board Regular and Work Meetings are held on the Second and Fourth Mondays of the Month at 7 PM; Zoning Board of Appeals Meetings are the First Wednesday of the Month at 7:30 PM when needed; Planning Board Meetings are the Second Thursday of the Month at 7 PM; and Other Town Meetings are listed on the Community Calendar on the Town Website at www.townofnewbaltimore.org. Energy Savings & Stability with Renewable Energy Option
We are pleased to announce the launch of the Town of New Baltimore Community Choice Aggregation Program for residents and businesses beginning in July 2019 through January 2021. The primary goals of the program are to provide annual savings and rate stability for participating consumers. The program will also offer participants an exciting renewable energy option.
